Description:
Our team of Core Business Services is the backbone to the entire EY Belgium organization: from marketing & HR to facilities and overall legal and finance. You are the launching platform from which the EY brand, businesses and your colleagues can take flight.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the selection process of junior and experienced profiles: from drafting of the position description up to the signature of the offer letter
- Establishing strong relationships with the line management;
- Keeping the hiring managers informed about recruitment activities and selection processes;
- Actively attending job fairs and graduate events in order to promote EY as future employer of choice, taking into account EY’s Recruitment & Employer Branding strategy;
- Contributing in defining the recruiting strategies for your Service line(s)
