JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our energetic employment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of related recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience in related Human Services field is preferred.
  • Micro-Soft Word and Excel experience required.
  • Must drive to recruitment career fairs and main headquarters in Rockland County, NY as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including HR sourcing techniques, cold calling, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct screenings and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Foster positive employee relations by acting as a point of contact for candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
