Responsibilities The Recruiter works to find and attract qualified candidates and supports the hiring manager through the full life cycle of recruitment activity. The Recruiter is responsible for direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing job offers. Fills positions by leveraging various recruitment tools including social media and is responsible for all recruitment marketing messaging content. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Equivalent experience may substitute degree requirement. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years recruitment experience required; healthcare recruitment preferred. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: CHCR, PHR or SPHR certification preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements. General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration; knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of personnel management; ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with staff and management; excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail and ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
