This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to think creatively to find and engage with potential candidates. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire salespeople, technicians, managers, and other positions as required Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process through Paylocity Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques We offer: Stable work hours Competitive pay (secure hourly rate with lucrative commission) 401(k) savings plan with company match Paid Time Off Medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, Life Insurance, and Accidental Benefits available after 60 days Requirements 2-3 years of proven experience as agency recruiter preferred Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
