We are looking for someone to join our recruiting team as we grow and serve more individuals. This position will be located in Bellevue and will support employees in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Texas. Job Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for monitoring all recruiting functions. This professional will assist in the recruitment process, help with onboarding employees, maintain employee records, and ensure an efficient workplace by understanding proper procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process. * Provide new employees with a positive onboarding experience. * Keep HRIS updated with changes as well as any other systems or areas that need updating due to changes.  * Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation. * Attend and participate in career fairs and outreach events. * Provides clerical support to the HR and Training departments. * Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree or at least four years of human resources experience required. * Experience and fluency in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Works well in a fast paced always changing environment with excellent problem-solving skills. * Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. * Demonstrate strong work ethic with attention to detail. * Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks. * Detail oriented and organized.
