Job Description The Role Location: working across our areas of Bridgnorth, church Stretton and Newport Working hours: 9am - 5pm Position: Full time, permanent This is an exciting position for an experienced Recruitment Lead to take ownership of all recruitment activity across the business. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for proactively sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality Care Professionals, alongside similar value driven Key players, building a strong and sustainable recruitment pipeline, and delivering a responsive, compliant, and engaging end-to-end candidate experience. The role plays a critical part in supporting organisational growth by ensuring recruitment targets are met while maintaining full compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and Franchise Standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards Proactively source candidates using a wide range of attraction methods, including digital platforms, social media, referrals, and community-based activity Develop and deliver creative recruitment campaigns online and within the local community to attract high-quality Care Professionals Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline aligned to business growth and workforce demand Manage the full candidate journey, ensuring a positive, engaging, and values-led recruitment experience Develop and maintain engaging social media recruitment content and campaigns to promote opportunities and employer brand Build and Maintain networking connections out in the community Research, plan, and attend community events, recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and local networking opportunities Support candidate screening, interviewing, and selection activities in line with safe recruitment practices Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and in full prior to employment commencement Maintain accurate recruitment records and data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Monitor recruitment performance and utilise data and insights to inform and improve recruitment strategies Implement, manage, and promote the Employee Referral Scheme Work collaboratively with internal teams to support workforce planning and operational needs Qualifications About You Essential Requirements: Proven experience delivering a responsive end-to-end recruitment service Experience of recruitment marketing, including planning and delivering recruitment campaigns Strong understanding of recruitment legislation, compliance, and safe recruitment requirements (including Right to Work, DBS, and referencing) Experience using social media and digital platforms for recruitment purposes Confident, self-motivated relationship builder with the ability to engage candidates and community stakeholders Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using ATS systems and recruitment data to inform decision-making Resilient, results-driven, and able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team Flexible approach to working hours to meet business and recruitment demands Additional Information Why Join Us?
