Full time, Monday through Friday Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the affiliate organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter ensures all recruitment practices comply with organizational policies and employment laws, while promoting the organization’s mission, values, and affiliate brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Position Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience. PHR, SHRM-CP, or Recruiting certifications preferred. 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition. Previous healthcare recruiting experience is preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance (e.g., EEO, FLSA, ADA). Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
