Description

ABOUT US:

Carwile Mechanical Contractors, Inc., is a growing mechanical contractor with approximately 90 employees. As our team expands, we’re looking for a driven and adaptable individual to help us recruit top talent — with the potential to grow into a broader HR leadership role.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This position is designed with flexibility. We are primarily seeking a Recruiter to manage our hiring needs, but for the right candidate, the role may expand into a combined HR & Talent Acquisition position. If you’re passionate about recruiting and also interested in building out HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance, this could be the perfect long-term growth role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred (agency or in-house).
  • HR experience a plus but not required — willingness to learn and grow into HR is valued.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Photography, graphic design, or media editing experience a plus (for social media and recruitment marketing).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns — including updating the company website, careers page, and social media platforms to highlight company culture and attract talent.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.

IF EXPANDED INTO HR RESPONSIBILITIES, ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Supporting benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Designing employee training and engagement initiatives.
