To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Recruiter / Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your profile:

• University degree or vocational training? It doesn't matter! What's important is that you have at least 1-2 years of recruiting experience in personnel services/consulting or in-house recruiting.
• They are passionate about their work, and when candidates thank them for the good process at the end, it is the greatest compliment for them.
• Thanks to their insatiable thirst for knowledge, they are always informed about new recruiting trends and use them for even better search strategies, candidate experiences and the perfect recruiting process.
• They ignite a fire in our candidates and inspire them with their empathetic nature.
• They work in a structured and organized manner, and therefore always keep the essentials in focus.

Your tasks:

• With your interest in technical jobs, you will develop an understanding of open positions within the specialist departments, define job requirements, and create interesting and attractive job postings. In total, you will be responsible for approximately 20 job profiles and fill around 25 positions per year.
• Our recruiting, especially via social media, requires prompt telephone contact with all applicants, demanding strong interpersonal skills and a natural sales aptitude. During these conversations, you will identify the best candidates, present them to the relevant departments, and guide them through the entire process until the contract is signed. All other candidates will then go through your structured rejection process.
• With your expertise, you will further develop our onboarding process, contribute to personnel marketing, build talent pools and independently take us to the next level in the area of ​​active sourcing.
