Job Title: Recruiter I Job Description Join a dynamic and global recruiting organization as a Sourcing Recruiter. Support technical teams by driving candidate generation strategies and partnering with clients to foster effective recruiting solutions. Responsibilities Engage qualified candidates for various technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques. Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies. Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders both verbally and in writing, using data, deliverables, and timelines. Guide candidates through the interview process swiftly to ensure a positive candidate experience. Develop and optimize existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, prioritizing client and candidate experience. Essential Skills 1-3 years of experience in high-volume sourcing, preferably with an agency background. Experience with Boolean searches. High-volume recruiting experience through phone, email, and text. CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience. 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, especially in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs. Targeted sourcing capability using tech-focused tools and resources. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments. Work Environment Work on-site 5 days a week in Seattle, WA; Join a new sourcing team that supports Data Center hiring, with potential for extension and full-time conversion. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
