About the role We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract high-quality candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. You will also contribute to building a strong employer brand and fostering an engaging employee experience at Igloo. Job Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and role requirements, ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with pre-qualified candidates to ensure a consistent talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Employer Engagement & Culture: Work closely with the HR team to promote a culture of excellence, contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and overall workplace experience. Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive and seamless experience that sets employees up for success. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in proactive sourcing and pipeline management. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Passion for people, culture, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
