Description As a Contract Skilled Trades Sourcer, you will lead top-of-funnel recruiting efforts for our Manufacturing plants throughout the United States with a specific focus on Technical Production roles such as Electrician, Mechanic, Ammonia Technician and Controls Technician. This role requires a results-driven professional with expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates for specialized technical roles. These roles are critical to our manufacturing facilities and require a deep level of sourcing & candidate engagement activities. Key Accountabilities: Identify, engage, and recruit top skilled trades talent for our manufacturing plants throughout the United States. Use creative, proactive sourcing methods (e.g., networking, online platforms, workforce centers, technical schools, community organizations, industry groups). Collaborate with Recruiters to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Build, organize, and maintain pipelines of qualified skilled trades candidates for current and future openings. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and alignment with Company values. Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes. Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the early stages of the recruiting process. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing (name generation, cold calling) and/or full life cycle recruiting. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates. Strong client service skills: positive, pro-active and team-oriented with a high level of personal performance standards, professionalism, self-insight and perseverance. Detail oriented with strong organizational, documentation and follow-up skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Proven experience sourcing for skilled trades positions in manufacturing settings (e.g., electricians, mechanics, maintenance technicians, ammonia technicians, controls technicians). Experience building and nurturing talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools, workforce centers, community organizations, and/or industry associations. Additional Considerations: Either we or the candidate must supply their own computer. Cannot be Apple or older than 5 years. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
