Job Purpose: The Recruiter II is a skilled, full-cycle recruiting specialist responsible for sourcing and placing talent into high-impact corporate, management, and specialized professional roles. This individual is primarily focused on passive candidate generation and relationship building, employing advanced sourcing techniques to attract individuals who are not actively seeking new employment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong consultation abilities with senior managers, and expert management of the end-to-end recruitment process for a dedicated, complex requisition load. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions (primarily corporate, management, and specialized roles) from intake meeting through offer negotiation and acceptance, ensuring timely and quality hiring. Process Integrity: Ensure strict adherence to JX's documented recruiting processes, applicant tracking system (ATS) procedures, and all employment laws and regulations. Create Positive Experiences: Passive Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Develop and execute sophisticated passive recruitment strategies (e.g., direct sourcing, networking, referrals) to identify and engage top talent, ensuring an exceptional and professional candidate experience. Strategic Manager Communication: Serve as a strong, consultative partner to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, strategic advice on role requirements, compensation ranges, and interview best practices. Foster Life-long Learning: Market Mapping & Intelligence: Continuously research and map competitive organizational structures and talent pools relevant to corporate and management roles, using this intelligence to inform sourcing strategies. Interviewer Training Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in training and guiding hiring managers on effective interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit: Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Utilize advanced sourcing tools, social platforms, and databases to proactively build pipelines of qualified, passive candidates for future openings and critical roles. Demonstrate Good Stewardship: Data Management & Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to passive sourcing success (e.g., submittal-to-interview ratio, source-of-hire, time-in-stage for specialized roles) to ensure effective use of recruiting resources. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of dedicated, full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven success in recruiting for professional, corporate, and/or management-level positions requiring heavy passive sourcing efforts. Demonstrated experience in finding and engaging passive candidates. This involves advanced use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, social platforms, databases, and industry networking. Hands-on experience with an ATS (like Paylocity, UKG, Workday, etc.) to manage candidate data, update statuses, and post jobs. Requires sound judgment, confidentiality, diplomacy, and service-minded support for employees/managers.
