Impact Property Solutions is seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for hourly roles, mid-level salaried positions, and sales professionals across the flooring and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, workforce dynamics in skilled trades, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse and administrative positions, mid-level salaried professionals, and sales representatives. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions. Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer processes. Ensure accurate and timely candidate and process documentation within our applicant tracking system (ATS). Leverage industry knowledge to identify and attract candidates. Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws. Support onboarding and pre-employment processes. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Competencies Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Able to multi-task and manage multiple processes in different stages of completion Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy. Proficiency with MS Office products, including MS Outlook, Excel and Word. Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively. Proactive problem-solving ability. Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
