• Your tasksRecruitment of commercial specialists in the white-collar sector
• Placement and optimization of job advertisements on relevant job boards
• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, XING and other channels
• Candidate acquisition via StepStone, Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Conducting telephone and video interviews
• Qualification and presentation of suitable profiles
• Control of the recruiting process until successful filling
• Building and maintaining sustainable talent pools
• Close collaboration with sales, branches and departments

• Experience in temporary employment
• Recruiting experience in the commercial or white collar area
• Safe handling of active sourcing
