EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the product or fintech ecosystem. Solid understanding of SAP modules, with the ability to differentiate between roles and skillsets. Strong knowledge of tech hiring, including Java, Cloud, AMS, and full-stack roles, as well as SAP technologies such as ABAP and Fiori. Expertise in functional hiring, open to diverse skill domains. Proven experience managing active requisitions independently and meeting hiring targets. Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern sourcing tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
