ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of PMI, a global leader in the tobacco and smoke-free products industry, known for its strong manufacturing standards, is seeking a Recruiter. 📌 Location: Aspropirgos 📍 Working Model: Hybrid 🗓️ Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, morning hours 📝 Contract: Fixed-term with potential for renewal 🖋️You will be reporting to: HR Manager What you will do: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles, supporting the company’s increasing production needs and ensuring smooth placement and onboarding of qualified candidates. More specifically: Manage full-cycle recruiting for light-industry roles (machine operators, warehouse workers, technicians) Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines Liaise with external partners, agencies, and networks to source talent Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and onboarding Maintain recruitment KPIs and ensure timely reporting Support employer-branding and outreach activities for talent attraction Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring procedures What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally for blue-collar or volume-hiring roles Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments will be considered a strong asset Familiarity with MS Office & ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Excellent command of English Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple openings under tight timelines Compensation package and Benefits: ✔️ Competitive compensation, bonus & full benefits package ⛽Fuel allowance 💻 Company equipment provided 📖 Continuous training on innovative products and solutions 👥 Recruitment Process: If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
