We are looking for an International Recruiter (m/f/d) for our client in Stuttgart.

Your tasks:

Development and management of recruiting strategies to attract skilled and technical professionals and managers both domestically and internationally.
Development and maintenance of suitable recruiting channels and networks with authorities, institutions, service providers and international entities
Support for international professionals in recognition and equivalence procedures as well as throughout the entire recruiting and onboarding process
Conception and implementation of recruiting projects, conducting pre-selection and initial interviews, and representation of the
Companies at recruiting and networking events

You for us:

Completed university degree, e.g. in economics, business administration with a technical focus or industrial engineering, alternatively commercial training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in operational recruiting, onboarding and project work, ideally with international recruitment of skilled workers
Sound knowledge of the recognition and equivalence procedures via HWK and IHK FOSA as well as national and international recruiting channels
Strategic and independent work style, assertiveness, service orientation, ingenuity and team spirit
Excellent German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
