The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This is a fast-paced position that will work with a team of skilled recruiters to fulfill high-volume openings.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
- Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruiting events
