About the Role

Kinza HR is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment assignments, sourcing high-quality candidates, developing talent pipelines, and delivering successful placements for our clients across various industries and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and qualification assessments.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future client requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and selection process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with both clients and candidates.
• Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, notice periods, and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate network across assigned industries and functions.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client needs.
• Provide regular recruitment activity reports and pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all recruitment activities are updated in the ATS/database.
• Stay informed about UAE salary benchmarks, talent availability, hiring trends, and market conditions.
• Consistently achieve individual recruitment, placement, and revenue targets.
