This role is hybrid for our Krakow or Wroclaw office.

In this position, you will have the chance to significantly contribute to Unit8’s expansion by identifying, recruiting, and securing top talent. You will collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers in Poland, Switzerland and Germany to deliver hiring plan, all while prioritizing candidate experience, streamlining processes, and enhancing Unit8’s reputation as a preferred employer. You’ll be faced with the following challenges within a high-growth, fast-moving company:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions including Data and AI, BD, OPS and other
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams and build sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and hiring plan execution
  • Manage an effective recruitment process and participate in interview training for the business
  • Facilitate a professional experience for candidates from initial engagement through to successful onboarding
  • Manage hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to ensure continuous improvemen
