Description Position Summary: Latitude Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts for our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical teams across the St. Louis region. This position is responsible for designing and executing strategic recruitment processes to attract, assess, and hire exceptional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clinical support staff, and administrative staff. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role requiring deep knowledge of the behavioral health labor market, sophisticated sourcing techniques, a proactive and analytical mindset, and the ability to engage high-quality clinical talent in a competitive landscape. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, mission-driven professional with demonstrated success building recruiting infrastructure in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for RBTs, BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, and other ABA-related positions from sourcing, through offer, to HR and Onboarding. Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with short- and long-term workforce planning needs Define role requirements in collaboration with clinical and operational leaders to ensure alignment with licensure, credentialing, and regulatory expectations Forecast staffing needs based on organizational growth, clinical capacity, caseload demand, and geographic expansion plans Sourcing & Pipeline Development Maintain a full pipeline through consistent and diverse sourcing strategies. Proactively source qualified candidates using a variety of channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, university programs, state licensing boards, alumni networks, community events, internal outreach, employee referrals, and so on. Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings, with attention to diversity, equity, and clinical excellence Partner with regional universities, ABA programs, and certification bodies to establish ongoing candidate pipelines and internship-to-hire pathways Maintain candidate databases and track sourcing effectiveness across all channels to optimize ROI Screening & Selection Conduct structured initial screens to assess clinical fit, credential status, licensure, and alignment with organizational values Manage and conduct efficient interview scheduling, candidate prep, and debriefs in collaboration with clinical hiring teams Provide clear documentation and evaluation criteria to ensure consistency and compliance in the selection process Lead reference checks, credential verifications, and pre-hire due diligence in coordination with HR Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Collaborate with internal teams to craft role-specific job postings that reflect Latitude Therapy’s mission, culture, and clinical rigor Represent the organization at job fairs, career expos, university recruitment events, and industry conferences Contribute to the design of branded recruiting materials, email campaigns, and digital recruitment content in tandem with Director of Marketing Elevate the company’s public presence as a premier ABA employer through online platforms and community partnerships Data Management & Reporting Utilize and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Paylocity or similar platforms, to track candidate activity, stage movement, and status Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, amongst additional key metrics. Use data insights to identify bottlenecks, improve pipeline performance, and refine outreach strategies Ensure all recruiting documentation and candidate data is compliant with HIPAA, EEOC, and organizational policies Process Optimization & Collaboration Identify gaps or inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and propose improvements to increase speed, quality, and candidate retention Collaborate closely with HR, Clinical Training, Credentialing, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoff and timeline alignment Maintain ongoing communication with Clinical Leadership to adjust priorities and proactively manage staffing risks Stay current on behavioral health workforce trends, certification updates, and compliance changes impacting recruitment strategy Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for clinical or credentialed roles Demonstrated success recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA therapy, or similar regulated clinical environments Familiarity with RBT and BCBA credentialing requirements, BACB standards, and state licensure processes (especially in Missouri) Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, sourcing databases, and recruitment CRM platforms Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and candidate-focused approach Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to establish credibility with clinicians, leadership, and external partners Commitment to high ethical standards, confidentiality, and a values-driven recruiting philosophy Preferred Qualifications Experience building a recruiting function or establishing sourcing infrastructure in a high-growth organization Prior work with Paylocity, or similar ATS platforms Knowledge of Missouri's behavioral health workforce and local clinical recruiting dynamics Responsible and accountable for working in a hybrid environment, with availability for on-site job fairs, interviews, or hiring events Strong understanding of recruiting compliance, including EEOC, ADA, FCRA, and HIPAA considerations What We Offer A mission-driven team focused on delivering ethical, evidence-based ABA therapy with integrity and care Opportunity to build and shape the recruiting function in a high-growth, multi-site organization Cross-functional collaboration with a supportive, high-performing leadership team Competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional development Flexible work structure with hybrid scheduling options
