Description Now Hiring: Recruiter – Transportation & Warehouse Division Location: UNIS On-site in Buena Park, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour (DOE) Are you a motivated recruiter with a passion for finding top talent? We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support staffing efforts for CDL drivers, transportation personnel, and warehouse associates. Key Responsibilities: · Source, screen, and interview candidates for CDL driving, transportation, and warehouse positions. · Manage the full recruitment cycle, from reviewing resumes to extending offers. · Build strong talent pipelines through online platforms, job fairs, community outreach, and internal referrals. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement. · Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring processes. Requirements Requirements: · 1–2 years of recruiting experience; logistics or transportation industry experience preferred. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Must be able to travel for recruiting events and job fairs. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred. · Proficient in MS Office and recruiting tools (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards).
