JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of Leams Education adhering to Safer Recruitment Policy guidelines . You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and candidate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on delivering results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently follow recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Supporting the HR Manager and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and prepare regular reports on hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote Leams Education as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and effective communication with candidates.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
