Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines of top talent through proactive outreach and community engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and act as a brand ambassador for Limitless.
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive process improvements and optimize hiring funnels.
  • Implement scalable processes, tools, and systems to support a high-velocity hiring environment.
  • Own and evolve our employer branding presence across key channels (LinkedIn, careers page, job boards, etc).
