Maintain candidate data, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth onboarding. Manage high-volume hiring when required. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT). Strong sourcing and screening skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
