37.5 hours per week, industrial company in Zülpich, 2 days home office.

We are looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) for our client – ​​an internationally operating industrial company with clear structures, modern processes, and a strong global network – for direct placement as soon as possible.

In this position, you will play a central role in attracting new employees and overseeing the entire recruiting process for various specialist and management positions. You will work closely with the respective departments and managers and also contribute to the further development of existing recruiting processes.


The position is also very well suited for personnel services specialists (m/f/d) or experienced personnel consultants and recruiters from the personnel services sector who want to take the next step towards in-house recruiting.

Your tasks:


- Independent management of the entire recruiting process for specialist and management positions

- Creation and publication of targeted job advertisements

- Active outreach to suitable candidates via business networks and other recruiting channels

- Conducting in-person and virtual interviews

- Close coordination with managers and specialist departments regarding current and future personnel needs

- Supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process and ensuring a professional candidate experience

- Preparing and drafting works council hearings

- Supporting new employees on their onboarding and conducting HR training on their first day

- Compiling and analyzing relevant recruiting KPIs

- Supporting budget and forecast planning in recruiting

- Participation in various HR projects and the further development of existing recruiting processes.


Your profile:


- Completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration, or comparable commercial training or further education

- Professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or personnel consulting

- Experience in independently managing recruiting processes

- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with applicants, managers, and specialist departments

- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style

- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people

- Proficient in MS Office

- Knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage - alternatively, you are willing to learn it

- Excellent German and English skills.
