We are currently seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Lohne (49393) or Saerbeck (48369). The position is initially limited to one year.

Your tasks

• Coordination of personnel requirements and advising specialist departments, department heads and management on filling open positions
• Selection of suitable recruiting channels as well as creation and publication of target group-oriented job advertisements
• Review and pre-selection of applications as well as coordination of the further selection process with the responsible departments.
• Correspondence with applicants, service providers and external recruiting partners
• Preparation, coordination and execution of job interviews
• Participation in contract negotiations and the drafting of employment contracts
• Contributing to and continuously improving our recruiting processes

Our requirements

• Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business or communications, or alternatively, commercial training.
• First practical experience in recruiting or human resources
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Professional and courteous demeanor towards applicants and internal contacts
• Proficient use of MS Office and an interest in digital recruiting tools and the further development of HR processes.
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and an organized, structured, and results-oriented work style.
