Your tasks

Active Sourcing: You identify, research, and contact suitable talent via LinkedIn and other relevant channels. You develop targeted search strategies and find the right candidates even for demanding positions.
End-to-end recruiting: You are responsible for your vacancies independently – from the kick-off with the hiring managers through candidate outreach and interviews to successful placement.
Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with our hiring managers, advise them on candidate selection, and ensure a transparent and efficient recruiting process.
Candidate Experience: You guide candidates professionally and respectfully through the entire process and ensure fast and clear communication.
Recruiting Excellence: You manage your pipelines based on data and KPIs, set the right priorities, and continuously develop our recruiting processes with your own ideas. You test new AI tools and methods and introduce innovative approaches to recruiting.
International Recruiting : You will support our recruiting across various markets and also contribute to filling international positions.

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in recruiting, with strong expertise in active sourcing .
International recruiting experience is an advantage. Ideally, you already have knowledge of the British and/or Swiss job market.
Experience in identifying, approaching, and inspiring suitable candidates for different roles and target groups to make a change.
Experience in independently managing recruiting processes and managing multiple vacancies in parallel.
Sovereign stakeholder management and enjoyment in providing advisory support to hiring managers.
A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working – even if priorities change at short notice.
pronounced scale-up mindset : You like to get involved yourself, think pragmatically and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with short decision-making processes.
very good German and English skills
Experience with Personio is an advantage
