Recruiter (m/f/d) for our Bremen branch

. Your responsibilities will include managing our career portal and communicating professionally with applicants

. You will be responsible for supporting selected departments and filling vacant positions

. This includes developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies

. Building and managing a talent pool for your department is also part of your role

. You will actively approach suitable candidates using various sourcing channels

. You will monitor and continuously optimize your recruiting efforts by creating and analyzing recruiting KPIs

. You have a degree (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration) or completed vocational training

. Initial professional experience in recruiting is advantageous

. You will also proactively engage with internal clients, acting as a business partner

. Recruiting is your passion, and you are enthusiastic about technical topics

. You have the desire and drive to make a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment

. Experience working with various [tools /systems] is required. You bring experience in sourcing channels and enjoy networking

– very good MS Office skills and good English skills round off your profile.
