Location: Crailsheim

Working hours: 10 - 25 hours per week

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a part-time or mini-job basis to fill internal positions in our branches in Aalen, Bad Mergentheim, Crailsheim, Feuchtwangen, Heilbronn, Künzelsau, Ludwigsburg, Öhringen, Schwäbisch Hall, and Wertheim.

- Independent recruitment of specialists, managers, and sales staff for internal positions

- Direct approach to suitable candidates via active sourcing channels

- Handling the entire application process – from initial contact to scheduling interviews

- Conducting brief preliminary telephone interviews and coordinating interviews

- Close collaboration with specialist departments and management regarding staffing needs

- Organization and scheduling of job interviews, including follow-up

- Maintenance of applicant data in the internal system

Your profile:

- Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on human resources or communication

- Ideally, professional experience in the personnel services industry

- Experience in recruiting, particularly in the areas of management and sales

- Proficient use of active sourcing and modern recruiting tools

- Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation

- Independent, structured work style and a high degree of goal orientation
