We at add-on Personal & Lösungen are looking for reinforcements in the area of recruiting for an international plant engineering company from Nuremberg.
As part of our direct placement services, you can expect a position with a focus on blue-collar recruiting. Key responsibilities include independently managing the entire recruiting process, close collaboration with management, and attracting skilled industrial and technical professionals.
The position is limited to two years.
our range
- Direct placement
- Annual salary of €55,000 to €60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- Full-time with 37.5 hours per week
- Temporary position for two years
- Structured onboarding with daily on-site presence
- In the long term, one day of mobile working per week.
Your tasks
- Independent management of recruiting processes for industrial and technical personnel
- Conducting high-volume recruiting and active candidate searches
- Review and pre-selection of applications as well as coordination of job interviews
- Close coordination with management regarding staffing needs and job profiles
- Coordination of offer and onboarding processes
- Building and maintaining talent pools
- Maintenance of recruiting data and key figures in the applicant management system
- Collaboration with external personnel service providers and recruiting partners
This is what you bring with you
- Professional experience in recruiting with a focus on blue-collar, industrial-technical specialists
- Experience in high-volume recruiting is an advantage.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday
- Very good German and English skills
- Independent and solution-oriented work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Secure prioritization and organization of parallel recruiting processes
- Professional communication with executives, applicants and external partners
