Are you ready?

• Collaboration in the entire recruiting process – from advertisement to hiring
• Design and support of appealing and target group-oriented advertisements
• Direct approach of talents via various channels
• Organization and execution of job interviews
• Collaboration in international recruiting in cooperation with our US team
• Support in the onboarding process of new employees
• Close cooperation with the HR team in the area of employer branding

Are you the ONE?

• Completed education with a focus on business, HR management or psychology
• First relevant professional experience in recruiting
• Active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) experience is an advantage
• IT affinity and good MS Office skills
• Very good English skills
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a flexible and creative way of working
• High social skills and sensitivity in dealing with people
