• Identification and direct approach of suitable candidates
• Review and evaluation of incoming applications
• Conducting initial telephone interviews
• Creating meaningful candidate profiles
• Consultation with management regarding suitable candidates
• Maintenance and expansion of our applicant database
• Publishing and optimizing job advertisements
• Building long-term relationships with candidates
• Support in expanding our talent pool
