Your tasks:

• Support throughout the entire recruiting process, from needs assessment to placement.
• Recruitment of specialists in the areas of logistics, production, warehousing and other operational functions
• Active sourcing and direct approach to suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and coordinating with managers and HR contacts
• Building talent pools and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Analysis of relevant recruiting metrics and maintenance of recruiting systems
