We are looking for a recruiter (m/f/d) for an internationally operating company based in Berlin, on a direct placement basis.

These are your tasks:

• Independent management of the recruiting process for specialist and expert positions
• Identifying and approaching potential candidates via various channels
• Coordination with the respective departments regarding requirement profiles
• Conducting interviews and assessing professional and personal suitability
• Maintaining a candidate pool and providing support for recurring placements.
• Contributing to the structured and efficient design of recruiting processes
