Purpose and objective of the position: Looking for a new job?

We are looking for a recruiter (m/f/d) for an internationally operating company based in Berlin, on a direct placement basis.

These are your tasks:

Independent management of the recruiting process for specialist and expert positions
Identifying and approaching potential candidates via various channels
Coordination with the respective departments regarding requirement profiles
Conducting interviews and assessing professional and personal suitability
Maintaining a candidate pool and providing support for recurring placements.
Contributing to the structured and efficient design of recruiting processes

You bring the following with you:

Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an in-house or personnel consulting environment
Experience in filling specialist and expert positions
Confident handling of active sourcing and direct approach to candidates
A technical background or experience in recruiting for technical or production-related fields is an advantage.
Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
Strong communication skills and confident handling of diverse stakeholders
Team- and service-oriented work style
