• As a consultant and networker, you understand how to identify potential candidates for projects, inspire them, and win them over for clients.
• Active sourcing: Building and expanding a sustainable network, especially with candidates, is your top priority.
• You independently manage processes and impress with eloquence, empathy, and expertise.
• They provide support for various projects, e.g., optimizing existing processes, test pilots, and new technologies.
• They make a preliminary selection of candidates and conduct assessments and interviews.
• They attract candidates through social media recruiting, professional job postings, and proactive candidate outreach.
