To strengthen our Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for a dedicated Recruiter (m/f/d) who will independently manage the entire recruiting process and is passionate about attracting the best talent to our company. Your responsibilities

Independently filling specialist positions in various company departments, with a focus on the commercial sector.
Execution and management of the entire end-to-end recruiting process from needs assessment to successful hiring.
Conducting and coordinating second interviews in the selection process
Active consultation and support for hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process.
Identification and approach of suitable candidates via various recruiting and sourcing channels
Building and maintaining talent pools and using modern recruiting and sourcing methods
Close collaboration with internal departments and relevant stakeholders
Ensuring a positive candidate experience and professional communication with applicants

Your profile

Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
Alternatively, equivalent training with relevant professional experience in recruiting.
Several years of relevant professional experience in end-to-end recruiting of specialist positions
Good knowledge of current sourcing strategies, recruiting trends and modern recruiting tools
Strong consulting and communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor when dealing with specialists and managers.
High service orientation and professional handling of candidates and internal contacts.
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
