We are looking for a dedicated and qualified recruiter (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.
Your tasks
- Placement and maintenance of job postings via existing channels and identification and establishment of new sourcing channels for recruiting.
- Cost control and budget monitoring with regard to recruiting expenses
- Supporting management in personnel planning and budgeting
- Preparation of HR key figures and regular reporting to management regarding human resources and recruiting activities.
- Management of the applicant process from the creation of requirement profiles and job postings to contract drafting
- Planning and implementation of company and team events
- Drafting work instructions and process documentation
- Formulation of a recruiting and personnel strategy in collaboration with management
They bring with them
- A degree in economics, psychology, education, social sciences with a focus on human resources, or commercial training with further education as a human resources specialist, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial practical experience in HR management & recruiting
- Comprehensive knowledge of common recruitment tools and trends
- They are empathetic, persistent, resilient, stress-tested, and have a feel for the organizational structure of companies.
- A customer- and service-oriented personality with a love for detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- Experienced in using social media
- Independent, self-reliant work style within a team
- English language skills, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of labor law
