Your responsibilities

: - Planning and execution of the entire recruiting process

- Active sourcing and recruitment of suitable candidates

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruiting processes, projects, and priorities simultaneously and in a structured manner

- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and strong communication skills when dealing with applicants, managers, service providers, and other stakeholders

- Building and maintaining a talent pool

- Developing and implementing modern recruiting strategies

- Participating in career fairs and recruiting events

- Supporting employer branding

Your profile

: - Completed commercial training or university degree with a focus on human resources, business, or a comparable qualification

- Experience in recruiting or human resources is an advantage

- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor

- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Enjoyment of working with people and building long-term relationships
