Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent in the manufacturing or skilled trade industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various manufacturing positions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruiting process If you are a self-starter with a passion for recruiting and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in recruiting Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools Desired Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish or Tagalong Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
