The Recruiter plays a strategic role in our company by sourcing, attracting and hiring top-performing talent who will drive our continued growth. The focus will be to recruit, attract and hire Account Managers and Mid-Level Managers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of the role, understand the business needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies, to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Develop and execute overall recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Source, engage, and build relationships with candidates through databases, social media, and networking referrals. Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and support senior leadership in the hiring process. Provide guidance throughout recruitment to ensure objective and effective hiring decisions. Track and maintain employee records to measure hiring success and identify future opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Uphold confidentiality, professional standards, and agency policies while performing assigned duties. Requirements Minimum 5 years of recruitment or related experience, with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of HR databases, recruitment strategies, labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HireEZ and iHire a plus. Holds appropriate state insurance licenses and maintains required continuing education. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work professionally with colleagues, leadership, and external partners. Total Rewards Package: Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience, education, and work location.
