About the Role We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Recruiter to join our global team at Riskified. This position is a temporary role for 9 months. As a Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the employer branding team. You'll support hiring across a range of functions - from tech to business roles - ensuring a strategic, high-quality candidate experience throughout. This is a unique opportunity to be a true partner to the business, influence hiring decisions, and help build the teams that drive Riskified forward. What You'll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align hiring efforts with broader team needs and organizational goals. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience - from first contact to final decision - with a focus on clear communication, transparency, and respectful engagement. Work with multiple global regions including APAC and EMEA adapting processes and communication styles to meet local market and cultural expectations. Use KPIs and recruitment analytics to track pipeline health, flag bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment Proven track record hiring across multiple functions: Tech, Go-to-Market, and Executive roles Global recruiting experience - managing hiring processes across different locations Strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to guide strategy and decisions Exceptional relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates Proactive, results-oriented attitude - you're self-driven and thrive in dynamic environments Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease Native-level Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Life at Riskified We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
