We are currently hiring a Recruiter in Portugal to support Medical Sales and Medical Affairs recruitment across European life sciences projects. This role is available for immediate hire. This is a hands‑on recruitment role focused on sourcing, candidate management, and delivery, supporting roles such as Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Medical Advisors, Patient Access, and Patient Support positions. Key Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for medical sales and medical affairs roles. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. Actively source candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. Screen candidates and manage shortlists. Coordinate interviews and candidate communication. Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and company procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting within healthcare or life sciences preferred. Exposure to medical sales and/or medical affairs roles. Strong sourcing and organisational skills. Comfortable working in an international environment. Fluent English is required. Fluent Portuguese is required.
