IQVIA is looking for a Recruiter based in the Czech Republic to support hiring across Medical Sales and Medical Affairs functions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. This is a delivery‑focused recruitment role supporting positions such as Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Patient Support roles across Europe. Key Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles. Work with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements. Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels. Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Maintain ATS data in line with compliance requirements. Support pipeline development for ongoing hiring needs. Ensure recruitment activities comply with Czech labour legislation and company policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience within healthcare or life sciences is preferred. Exposure to medical sales and/or medical affairs roles. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions. Fluent English is required.
