Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you’ll craft and execute tailored recruitment strategies, leverage data and sourcing tools to find the best candidates, and deliver a seamless, high-touch hiring experience. THE STARTING RATE: $65,000 annually THE SCHEDULE: This is an in-office position with core hours of Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Flexibility is required for events, meetings, or business needs that may occur outside of standard hours. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to build creative, targeted recruitment plans and source talent through platforms like social media, job boards, and networking. Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from posting and sourcing to screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers through to offer stage. Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver clear communication and timely feedback to ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience. Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efforts and improve overall hiring outcomes. Building Talent Pipelines: Proactively engage with potential candidates to create a strong, ready-to-hire talent pool for future roles. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
