Position Overview Now Hiring: Recruiter Detroit, MI Milton Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for both hourly and salaried positions within our metal fabrication and manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to source top talent, coordinate offer letters, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience through Paycom. Key Responsibilities Recruit for production, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, and office roles Source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage requisitions Prepare and communicate offer letters and hiring details Coordinate onboarding, new hire documentation, and orientation in Paycom Maintain compliance with employment laws and track recruiting metrics Support hiring events and continuous process improvements What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing or skilled trades preferred) Experience with Paycom strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and sourcing skills Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred Why Join Us?
