What You’ll Do The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across both corporate support and onsite property roles within the organization. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with strategic advising; leveraging market insights, compensation knowledge, and local labor trends to guide hiring decisions. Your day-to-day may include: · Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including corporate support functions and onsite property positions (e.g., leasing, maintenance, property management). · Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy, talent availability, and competitive market insights. · Advise on compensation ranges based on market data, internal equity, and geographic considerations. · Educate stakeholders on labor market trends, sourcing challenges, and realistic hiring expectations across regions. · Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage both active and passive candidates. · Create engaging recruiting content and collateral (ie. job postings, social media graphics, hiring campaigns) using tools like Canva or similar platforms. · Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate conversion rates. Requirements What You Bring Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience Recruiting experience within the multifamily industry strongly preferred. BA/BS degree preferred Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
