THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are searching for a Recruiter to join our growing team! This position will be based out of our headquarters in Columbus, OH and we are looking for a hybrid in-office commitment of 2 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in high-volume recruiting, account management, or sales
  • Life science recruitment experience is a plus
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products, and some experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to move quickly to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Establish rapport and build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Support Mix communications with hiring managers and act as primary contact for candidates
  • Execute established search strategies effectively and adapt to meet the client and hiring manager needs
  • Appropriately prioritize requisitions and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Source, engage and attract high demand candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
  • Source passive talent and qualify all candidates
  • Manage entire candidate experience (conduct phone screens, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, etc.)
  • Learn and utilize different ATS systems to track and move candidates through process
  • Meet & achieve milestone deliverables (timelines, sourcing, screening, etc.)
